Binary Options – a Q&a

For many people out there the idea of investing in the stock market is very appealing. The problem is the time, money, and expertise required to actually get involved with trading. Now, many people are turning to binary options as a simpler, easier way to make a few investment. If you have been looking into using binary options, you might have had a few questions. Lets look at some of the most common questions regarding binary options.

Q: What Is the minimum I can Invest?

A: It depends on what broker you use, but in general, the minimum investments are very low. I’ve seen as low as $30 minimums, but i would say the average is probably $50.

Q: What is the maximum I can invest?

A: Again, it depends on the broker, but it can range between $1500, and $3000. That’s for a single transaction. Obviously buying multiple options would allow you to exceed any limits.

Q: How much do “in the money” options pay?

A: It depends on the broker, and the particular option, but the range is anywhere from 65-81% profit. That is very good for any investment.

Q: What happens if my option expires “out of the money”?

A: If you have an option that expires out of the money, you will receive nothing back. There is exceptions with certain brokers. At least one that I know of will return 15% of your initial investment.

Q: How long before I see my returns?

A: Depending on the particular option you buy, it could be an hour, a day, or a week. That is something that makes binary options unique.

Q: What are the risks?

A: As with any investment binary options carry a risk. In fact, with an option that expires in an hour, you are taking significant risk. It is very difficult to predict the trend of an asset in that short of a time.

Hopefully I have managed to answer your questions with this article. Binary options are new, and exciting. It is important to have all the information you can get to determine if they fit your investment strategy.
